We have been visiting Bistrot Valois each year since 2014. The things which are always consistent, are the wonderful family that operates it, the atmosphere, and the quality of the food. Salads are market fresh, the confit de canard is consistently the best, and the melting chocolate fondant cake with a ball of vanilla ice cream is unmatched. We don't visit Paris without a visit to Bistrot Valois!
Cadre superbe, trop long en service (20mn attente a l'arrivee pour un premier drink)! Cuisine simple mais bonne. Il manquait le sourire du service, c'est bien dommage !
